Day after the Cookshop

I recieved an email from my friend Ayesha on Saturday who was part of my wine drinking bonanza at the Cookshop. She headed over to my place Estancia 460 to chow on the Bisteca sandwich . This is one of our signature dishes, a sandwich of grilled strip steak, melted mozzarella and chimichurri on toasted baguette.
