Gustavo has worked for me for 5 years. He opens my restaurant every morning and gets the Tribeca crowd going with his great cappuccinos and lattes. We use Lavazza beans for our espresso and he knows exactly the right temperature to make the milk a perfect creamy texture. You can visit Gustavo Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
