I am a big advocate for sleep away camp especially if you are a city kid. I grew up going to sleep away in the summer and those summers were the most memorable and still to this day I am friends with many of my fellow bunk mates.My kids are at Camp Canadensis located in the Poconos only 2 hours from the city.
