Farfalle with salmon, peas, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes in a light basil cream sauce

Poached balsamic chicken with raisins, pine-nuts, roasted red peppers and oranges over mesclun greens

Sliced hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, sun-dried tomatoes,arugula and black olive tapanade on baguette

Prosciutto, tomato bruschetta, capers, olives, goat cheese and fresh rosemary pizza
