As we all know the life style one has in the restaurant industry is like no other. Long hours, constant pleasing, monitoring and trying to make ends meet. My employees have become like family. We have a small crew, most who are graduate students paying their way through school. They spend most of their time either at my restaurant or at school.Belongings of many of them can be found stored around Estancia.This particular item however made me laugh so much. Behind our bar is a small refrigerator which stores items such as olives, martini onions, cherries, horseradish and now vitamins for indigestion.Man this is a grueling business!
