Prosciutto, mozzarella, hard boiled eggs, asparagus, carrots and cherry tomatoes over mesclun greens

Grilled chicken, Gorgonzola, avocado, tomatoes and arugula on baguette

Smoked salmon, goat cheese, red onions, capers, tomatoes anf fresh basil
