Spaghetti with julienne of beets, parsley, white wine and butter topped with goat cheese

BBQ sliced Hanger steak with slaw on baguette

Chilled poached Arctic Char, calamari, mussels and shrimp with avocado, roasted red peppers and chickpeas with an ancho chili vinaigrette

Sweet Italian sausage, broccoli, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers and mozzarella pizza
