Corn Chowder or Chicken Vegetable soup

Spaghetti with Julienne of beets, parsley, butter and white wine topped with goat cheese

Grilled chicken burger with Chipotle mayo and Havarti cheese

Warm basil ricotta tart with grilled sea scallops and shrimp over mesclun greens and a curry vinaigette

Yellow cherry tomatoes, basil, capers, red onions, prosciutto and mozzarella pizza
