Chilled Gazpacho

Pan seared Arctic Char with peach chutney over lemon cous cous and mesclun greens

Fresh spaghetti with shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, capers and dill with white wine, butter and garlic

Smoked salmon, cucumbers, mozzarella and sliced hard boiled eggs with black olive tapanade on country bread with mesclun salad

Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, roasted tomatoes and fresh mozzarella
